Enjoy your morning coffee watching beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic ocean, step down from the back porch and take a walk on the soft sand, or go fishing / surfing in the waves. And if you tire of the waves, take a glass of wine to the front porch and enjoy the sunset over the Guana Preserve.

 

Kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need to enjoy cooking. Brand new knives, pots, pans, cookware/bakeware, blender, toaster, crockpot and more. Basic cooking spices are often stocked but cannot be guaranteed.

 

5 bedrooms comfortably fit 14 guests (plus 2 infants with provided pack n plays), and there is plenty of entertainment space and outdoor seating. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, sitting by outdoor fire table, or bbq that sizzling steak on the grill. Let the kids enjoy time in the converted garage / game room that has AC/Heat with pool table, shuffle board, darts and more! There is also an outdoor shuffle board area,bocce ball and cornhole. In the back shed, you will find sand toys, beach chairs, outdoor games and more.
